I have a 3 bedroom house and I'm looking for a new roomie ... a g@y/bi male. I have one FURNISHED room. You would share a bathroom with 1 other person.

Just looking for someone that will be a good fit. No indoor smoking, no drugs, no alcoholics (smoking outside is fine). Prefer to keep our home just that, a home, and not turn it into party central.

Asking $625/month, which includes room, shared bathroom, utilities, wifi, a washer/dryer in garage, and streaming on living room TV. Security deposit is $375, for a total move in of $1000.

Available furnished only, with curtains, rug, closet, dresser, bookcase, and bed.

Street parking.
