Room for rent - utilities included

Single bedroom, smaller 10x10, unfurnished. Shared bathroom with 2 male roommates. Full amenities.....laundry room, kitchen, living room, some storage in the garage, large back patio, private yard. The shared portions of the house are fully furnished, including the kitchen, but no communal tv. We do have cats. We are a very open-minded, no hate, liberal, geek household. Mostly stick to ourselves, no parties or loud guests. Communication, respect and honesty are essential. Internet is split, if you want your own line, you'll have to pay the difference. We do not have cable, if you want that, you'll have to pay the difference. We get internet through Cox. We rent from an agency, you will have to apply with them, pass a background check and credit check (don't need to be perfect) and pay $150 to go on the lease.
