Large bedroom for rent in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home owned by a married couple in Cadence at Gateway.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, nightstand, lamp and dresser. It has a walk in closet & a ceiling fan with a remote. The room is large enough to fit a desk, so this could work for someone who works remotely. There is a bathroom right next to the room that is shared with the rest of the house. Tub/shower combo. LG washer and dryer in house.

Large living room that is open to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has a 77'' OLED LG tv, large couch, gaming systems, and Alexa activated smart lights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range stove/oven combo, dishwasher, air fryer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, RO system and lots of other gadgets. You will have a separate fridge in the garage that you will share with the other tenants. Brand new stand up freezer in the garage that you may use to store some frozen items if needed.

The house also boasts a 2 car garage, so if you have some items you would like to store in there we can accommodate that as well. Water softener installed, Tesla solar panels and two battery banks so we never run out of electricity. This also means that we keep the house very cool, especially in the hot summer months!

There is also a secondary living room, that we use as our game room which features a 65'' tv with gaming systems, insulated foam panelling on the walls, Alexa smart bulbs, a large couch that can be pulled out into a queen sized bed and a recliner.

The backyard has a beautiful pool that you are welcome to use anytime. You will also have access to our neighborhood amenities, such as the community center, gym, large pools with slides, hot tub, grill and fire pit.

Miles of beautiful walking paths with gorgeous sunset views. 8 minutes to Mesa Gateway Airport, 25 minutes to Sky Harbor, easy access to 202, 24 & 60 freeways. There is a QT, a gym and a couple restaurants at the front of the neighborhood. Safeway 2 miles, Fry's 5 miles, Costco 4.8 miles. No overnight guests please. We do have 3 cats of our own, so no additional animals please. We do dogsit, so there may be a dog in the house every once in a while.

Street parking is available directly in front of home.

About us: we are a married couple in our 30's-40's who are looking to fill up our three extra bedrooms that we have in our home. We have lived here for over 2 years and have loved it. We enjoy sunset walks with our cats, swimming in our pool, traveling, playing video and board games and cooking.
