Cadence Room For Rent

4 bed, 3 bath home located in Cadence in East Mesa, Arizona. Cadence is a beautiful friendly neighborhood with a huge community center consisting of 2 heated pools and a large-sized hot tub, party rooms available for rent, a gym, sport courts, and parks. 3 girls currently live here and are looking for a 4th to fill the last room. The room available is the only room downstairs and has its own bathroom. It’s a 10ftX10ft room. Pets are not allowed with the acceptation of my small dog (in my profile picture) who only occasionally stays with me on my days off of work. She’s very friendly and will never be left at the house alone. She’s either with me the whole time or staying with my family when I’m busy. She’s the acceptation because my parents are the landlords of this house and know & trust that she will not cause damages to the property.
