Large East Mesa home private room

Private female room available with own bathroom.
2 roommates 25 & 31 years old One roommate(homeowner) has a 30lb dog. Looking for 1 more female roommate. I have a house keeper that comes every 2 weeks for no extra charge!
The house is large so everyone can have their own private space. Room is the picture with the treadmill.
Home was built in 2017 so newer home in Eastmark community. There are 2 lds churches in the community we are in East Mesa Ellsworth and ray! Whole house is furnished except your room!
Roommate must be ok with us being working professionals. We are not messy at all but be respectful and understand we have maids that do the cleaning. No smoking or vaping. No parties. One roommate is a school teacher so please be respectful of quiet times.
