Private Room in Awesome Location

The room is currently available. It's a private bedroom with a shared bathroom between three people. I'm looking for a minimum of a month to month lease and a refundable security deposit of $500. Being this is a shared living space, it is only for individuals. I don't allow any tobacco smokers, felons, drug addicts or animals. smoker friendly as long as it's done outside. Must be comfortable with living with other people. Rent is paid monthly on the 1st using Zibo which accepts a few different forms of payment. Rent would be prorated based on move in date. I do not accept cash.

Awesome location, near Mesa Riverview & Cubs training facility. Easy freeway access from Alma School. Down the street from the Tempe marketplace. Safe & Quiet neighborhood & minutes away from old town Scottsdale, Mill Ave, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and the airport.

The house is cozy with two common areas and a kitchen fully furnished. Kitchen includes a blenders, coffee maker, silverware, tupperware & pots & pan, etc. Dedicated beverage fridge & a shared seventy inch TV! BBQ Grill outside and a yard with room for big improvements down the road. Lots of cabinet space for you in the kitchen & an in unit washer and dryer. Currently street parking is available.

Currently have 3 other roommates. They're all really quiet and tend to keep to themselves.

1 Room is currently available. Price includes base rent & utilities.
Utilities include (SRP, City of Mesa, Cox Internet, house cleaning 2x/month, landscaping 1x/month, & pest control 1x/quarter)
Chores may be assigned to keep house in order.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must Submit a Rental App & will perform an independent background and credit check
-Must provide proof of income
-No past evictions
-Non Smoker
-No pets
-Only for an individual, no couples. (Overnight guests are allowed but no more than 3 nights in a row per week)
- Refundavle Security Deposit REQUIRED ($500)

To view the house, I need to have a completed application. The address will be provided once I receive a completed application.

Next steps. Once I've received the completed application, you can see the house and meet the current roommates. There's a quick interview and will run a credit and criminal background check. If all is well, I'll schedule a time to walk through the lease and sign.
