9 by 12 FT Looking for short term lease 6 months max. There’s parking in drive way, it is a single bath. Security cameras on the outside of house although it is a safe neighborhood. Next to park and basketball courts. Overall as a roommate I work 5-6 days out of the week. I keep the house pretty clean, so I expect cleanliness out of my tenant. *Keep your room how you want. I will have a leasing agreement to sign as well. Utilities will vary every month that will be added to the rent and it will be split evenly. First and last months rent will be due upon move in.
