Female Non-Smoker to Share Quiet Home

I am looking for a mature, responsible female to share my home. I live in a quiet, patio home community and offer an 11x12 bedroom with laminate flooring and a private bath. It is currently an office, so you will need your own bedroom furniture. You are welcome to use the existing furniture, however, I plan to move it out. Laminate flooring throughout house, washer and dryer and nice covered patio. I work from home part-time and at an office part-time during the day. Would not work well for someone who keeps late hours. I have a large dog who is very good with people, but I cannot accept pets of any kind. A background check will be done as well as work and reference checks. I am looking for a minimum of 6 months commitment and up to 1 year. Rent is due by the 9th of each month.
