Room in large home for rent

Home in North Central Phx with furnished room for rent. No drama or party types, no smoking or drugs, no overnight guests. Just those that want nice safe queit space to stay and work, if you WFH.
You would be sharing house with mom and youngest adult son working full time. If males are interested I prefer those my sons age 18 to 25 not older.
Bathroom has double sink and storage space for your things.
Bedroom has queen size bed, lrg dresser, lrg bookcase, desk and chair, good sized walk in closet. You can bring your own bedding or I can buy fresh and keep $100 of the deposit money.
You can also work in other rooms in the house for change of scenery.
Can use the living room and watch tv. There is space in bedroom to bring your own tv.
I have large backyard with gorgeous pool for when it warms up. Great neighborhood to walk in safety and hills nearby to hike.
I work at home full time.
We have 1 dog who loves to go on walks daily and hikes, very people friendly. 2 cats.
