Looking for a roommate

The home living areas are furnished. Your bedroom is not, but your private bathroom is. The house is a 2 story with all bedrooms upstairs. There are ceiling fans throughout, carpet upstairs and tile downstairs. There is a separate laundry room. There is a BBQ and a fire pit outside and nice big backyard!

You must be respectful, kind, responsible. Must be an animal lover too, as I have a dog and cat. Female roommates only please.

I'm pretty much home weekdays and love to just relax after work, so there will need to be "quiet hours" at nighttime.
