Room with a fabulous view for single lady 50+

Single occupancy fully furnished private room and full bath in a spacious double wide manufactured home with a panoramic view of the mountains. Adult park. Great neighborhood, close to shopping.
Large closet, ceiling fan, queen size bed, dresser.
Central air conditioning.
In house HE washer/dryer.
I would like someone who is personable, clean, dependable, and easy going and who understands household boundaries. Helpful around the house and cleans up after herself. No illegal drugs, heavy drinking or overnight guests.
I have a little Chihuahua who stays by my side most of the time. She's friendly and loves meeting new people! But other animals, not so much.
I don't smoke (I have asthma) so if you do it must be outside. But I have a porch with comfy chairs and that view!
I usually stay in my room and watch TV, read or chat on the phone but I also enjoy in person conversation if you do.
I am looking for long-term, but I need a minimum of at least a 6 month stay. Non-refundable deposit required for move-in. $675 rent with all utilities including internet
