Large guess b-room 10 by 12 by 10 with bathroom attached.. Trundle bed available if needed.. plus basic bathroom stuff..
I would prefer roomie to only use there stuff food, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies ect.. ofcourse except things like furniture, toilet lol everything is split down the middle as far as pantry space, fridge and storage locations.. extremely easy to stay out of aothers personal things.. makes things easier if you're accountable for your own stuff..

can move in earlier, my roomate recently moved out...!
1 yr lease agreement, back ground ect.. normal move in stuff.
Any animal can stay here that complex allows..
NO DOGS***IM ALLERGIC
If u want half of the 2 car garage, thats a additional charge... total would be 775 + splitting electric..
If i shared i would need to go get a storage unit.. i dont mind..
