Looking for a roommate for my current roommate!

I'm moving in with my boyfriend and would like to find my roommate someone to take over my lease. The lease ends in October and the process is very easy. It's in an incredible area with a private room and bathroom. It's on the 4th floor, but very close to the elevator and stairs. The apartment is updated with granite counters and dark cabinets and wood floors in common areas + bathroom and carpet in the bedroom. Lots of natural lighting. Mountain views from both the living room and bedroom windows. Watching the sunrise from the windows in the morning is absolutely stunning! Gated community with heated pool and jacuzzi. Near Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Wholefoods, TJ Maxx, Circle K, Target, Walmart, and tons of food options. Have lived there since March and absolutely loved it. Deposit depends on credit. (If it's decent, they won't ask for a deposit.) I would really like to have someone in by February 1st. Contact me with any questions! ?
