North Phoenix/deer Valley room rental in a house

The room that’s for rent is located in North Phoenix. The home is located by many attractions. If you enjoy the outdoors there’s a huge park that’s a few miles away such as Piestewa Peak and Thunderbird park. There is a really nice Aguila golf course, and lots of other outdoor activities and restaurants. The room that’s for rent with closet space. I've attached some pictures of the room and the house. The room is currently available now. The bedroom is upstairs, and you'll have access to the bathroom but it is shared with two roommates. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house also has a pool. I currently have 3 male roommate. They are respectful and everyone gets along. I need someone that can along with the current tenants, clean, and respectful, everyone can get along with the potential person that moves in. I'm looking for someone long-term. Please not pets, drugs, or couples. The house is peaceful and quiet. The house is furnished but the one rooms is empty that can be for the potential renter. I have two refrigerators and plenty of space for your food storage.

I need someone that has a full-time job and can pay their bills on-time. or stable income Preferably I would like to find someone that I can develop a friendship with.


Rent will be $750 monthly with a $750 deposit the tenants will split the water, electric bill, and cable monthly. There is an application and application fee for $110.00.
