Looking for a roommate to share the master bedroom

Hello! We are Noemi and KT! We are looking for a third roommate. You would be sharing the master bedroom with KT. The master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer as well. The complex has 3 pools and a gym. We are very clean people so our ideal roommate will pull their weight with the chores. The base monthly payment for the 3 of us is $409.20 but that is not including the utilities, internet, and electricity. Those costs tend to differ a little every month. The internet is always $66 in total ($22 per person), utilities in total is usually $50 and the electricity varies. KT and I have pretty chaotic energy but we're not obnoxious.
