Great Large Master Bedroom w bathroom $800 + bills

I am looking for a male or female roommate. The room available is the master bedroom with your own large bathroom and closet. This is a corner lot with a nice backyard and shed if you need storage as well as a great room if you need an office. House was remodeled 2 years ago, and is in a great neighborhood. I have a medium size dog and I am ok with another dog if they get along but no cats. Move in date is October 1st and you would need to fill out an application with Valentine Property Management and this is for one year. Utilities are usually only an extra $200 and that is for high speed internet, electric, water and waste. This is not furnished pictures are to just get an idea.
