I have a very upscale and clean house close to Scottsdale in northeast Phoenix. The location is close to the Desert Ridge Mall and the Mayo Clinic Phoenix campus.

Rent is $875 per month including all utilities and Internet.

There is an attached two car garage with space for an ordinary second vehicle, approximately the size of a Camry.

There is a private bath, and the room was recently remodeled and upgraded. The house is very clean and allergen free, all wood and tile floors, no carpets. No pets are allowed, unless it was a fish aquarium. No overnight guests, unless it was a short term visit by a blood relative.
