Room for Rent

This house is a lovely four bedroom home with a pool and jacuzzi in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet house; quiet neighborhood. We - the owner and roommate - are cousins, and professionals; one works at home, the other not at home. We enjoy a quiet, comfortable, simple, clean and wholesome lifestyle. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished but a new bed will be provided if necessary. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and shared with one other person. A pantry and medium-sized refrigerator will be provided for the new roommate. The rent includes utilities except for internet and tv. The Renter can get Cox Renter's Internet and Tv for $50 per month. We would prefer animal lovers as we have two small, shy cats. Smoking is okay but only outside.
