Looking for 3rd Roommate or Couple

I [26M] and my friend [35M] are looking for a 3rd roommate or couple to share a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house near the 51 and Greenway. All electric appliances. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom, and would be $600/mo before utilities. One of the smaller bedrooms would be $450/mo before utilities.

I love hiking and playing the guitar. He loves food and cooking, comedy, movies, some gaming, and poker. We're both pretty quiet roommates, Christian, and non-smokers looking to room with other non-smokers. No illegal drug use. Just looking to get along with some good people.

We would rarely have guests over. I do allow my family to sleep over around special occasions or holidays.
