1 roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath

Hey I’m Avery! My current roommate is moving out and I need a new one:) Cleanliness is a very important to me, I like a clean house! I have two cats, one is named is peach the other Zuco. Peach is a social butterfly and Zuko has a lot of anxiety but she will warm up to you haha! Unfortunately it’s a no smoking building, so absolutely no smoking in the apartment.
