I’m looking for a roommate, preferably female, to live with me in my two bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome. It’s located in North Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, near desert ridge and the Scottsdale quarter. The room is furnished with a bookcase Murphy bed. There are open covered and uncovered parking spots available nearby. There is an In-unit washer dryer and community pool available for use. Animals are welcome, but they must be cat friendly, because I have two! The townhome has a small backyard for playtime and outings. I am asking $1000 per month, which will cover all bills, utilities, and a once/month cleaning service. I would like to start month to month, but I am open to turning it into a year long contract if it’s a good fit. Please message me if interested!
