Rental bedroom - Townhouse - New Build

I'm currently looking for someone to fill in the empty bedroom in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and closet. I will be renting out the first floor bedroom which has a sliding door leading out to a decently sized back patio and has a standing shower.

This house is a brand new build currently under construction and is slated to finish construction by July and has 3 stories. Pictures included that have a "MODEL HOME" watermark are pictures taken from inside the model home of the development, and roughly reflect what to expect when renting. However Non-watermarked images show the current state of the build and give a rough picture of what to expect when you go into this house.

The HOA / community also has its own small pool and small fitness center (fitness center is part of next phase of construction and has not been started yet). House comes with a 2 car garage of which there will be 1 spot available for you to use. House also features a living space on the second floor which has a full kitchen, small living area and small dining space combined all on the second floor with 2 balconies. Residents that have moved into the area that I've met so far are fairly nice.

Keep in mind the rent also includes utilities such as power, water, and internet. High speed internet will be available in all rooms via a CAT6A ethernet jack in each room as well as a high bandwidth wifi network backed by a gigabit internet connection.

Little more about me:
I'm very well kept and tidy, I try to keep to myself most of the time and work from home in my own office, I tend to be mostly quiet but I have a loud voice at times, but it's often not intentional. That being said I'm still decently outgoing in general, but much more so when it comes to topics that interest me, such topics include computers and technology or video games. As long as you clean up after yourself often and keep things relatively tidy, I'm sure we'll make good roomates. I'm not much of a politics person, and honestly prefer not really talking politics.
