Hey! My name is Devin, and I am looking to rent out a private bedroom- shared bath. It has four bathrooms and three bathrooms. You will be living with myself, my cousin Randy, and another roommate. The house is located between Luke Air Force base and the Westgate district. The home will be available for move-in January first . I have two dogs that mean the world to me, so their safety is first. I am looking for someone respectful and clean. Rent includes utilities and wifi! Term agreements are flexible! I am open to renting to couples for an additional price.
