This is for a 1 bedroom available starting April 1st 2024. $800 for a single person, and $1000 for couples with all utilities included, including internet. This is a very quiet and peaceful household we have. It needs to stay that way please . We have one dog outside and a therapy dog in the house but they stay in a separate room. So no more pets if possible ( willing to negotiate)! Unless they are in an aquarium or tank. No kids. Sorry but we absolutely enjoy the peace and quiet. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood and no one bothers anyone. Two out of the three rooms are already being rented. They all smoke but outside.
