Hello everyone! Dave and I (Hi I’m Rachel 😊) are retired and we have an 1800 sq foot home in Discovery at the Orchards, and we're looking for someone to rent out one of our rooms. It's a spacious unfurnished double bedroom with a walk-in closet. You'll have your own bathroom and all utilities are included (cable, WiFi as well). We also have a pool and barbecue area for you to enjoy. We prefer someone who is drama free, clean, tidy, respectful of others space and property but at the same time good hearted and down to earth.
