Description
Room for rent. Individual person or couple (if they have been permitted by landlord ONLY). No over night guest allowed. All guest will leave by 9:00pm. Unless they HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM LANDLORD. Rent is due on Friday by 6:30pm. Fines will be imposed on ANY LATE PAYMENTS unless prior arrangements have been made IN ADVANCE. Quite time from 10:00pm until 9:00am. All tenant's will respect each others space and privacy. No loud music or obnoxious noise at anytime. all tenants will clean up as soon as they are done cooking or using any part of the common facilities. Camera's are installed in common areas ONLY. No cameras will be installed in bedrooms or restrooms.
