It's a great location close to South Mountain hiking, parks, restaurants & shopping. The home has a nice backyard, with a private hot tub to enjoy. The HOA provides a well-kept community pool available for use.
The room is $775 per month, plus your share of the utilities. 6 month lease is required to rent room.
I'm looking to have the tenant sign a 6 month lease. Please be able to show proof of employment (several previous pay statements) as well as a credit & background check. I'm not looking to have pets in the home. I'm a working professional in my late 20's. I own the home and will be living in the 4th bedroom. I'm very laid-back and easy to get along with.
