Large Master Bedroom

This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. One current female professional roommate. Both bedrooms and laundry is upstairs. Downstairs are the kitchen and Living room. Community pool available. We have quiet courteous neighbors. No smoking or pets are allowed. The room can be left furnished with a queen bed, desk, and dresser or completely unfurnished. Floors and windows have both been redone in the last 4 years. The bathroom was renovated in 2017. The room is large and measures about 150 sq. feet
