Hello, I'm Abou, I purchased this house about a year ago, it’s newly built and I live alone.

Rooms are new and unfurnished. No one ever lived in any of the rooms before, you will be the first person.

It’s located in Phoenix south mountain cross streets Southern Avenue & between 23rd/27th Ave. The new community name is Liberty by Lennar.

Property is a smart house, although the area is quiet, the house has security cameras outside around the house for safety reason..

The house is very clean, no interior pictures uploaded for safety reason. I do not have dog, cat, or any animal. I am just too busy!
