Rent is month to month: Private single occupant unfurnished carpeted room 11x11 rent has all utilities included. Month to month.

Each room comes with a ceiling fan and dimmable lights. In addition, each private room will have its own smart door lock. Can be furnished for higher rent.

All utilities included in monthly rent (electricity/internet/water/AC).

Short term or long term ok.
Deposit is one months rent fully refundable.
This is a month-to-month rent with a request for 30day notice upon leaving. Can be prorated. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st of every month thereafter.

Unlimited fiber optics high speed wifi. All new appliances are available for use including laundry and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerators. Water softener and water filter throughout the house.

Shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, laundry room. Amenities include full use of kitchen and kitchen cookwares, dishwares, and other kitchen cooking tools.
AC kept at a cool temperature all day long along with an air purifier, humidifier, and dehumidifier if needed. A robovac cleans all the living room and kitchen every morning.

House built in 2023 and equipped with smart home features such as security, security cameras, and smart locks to house and all bedrooms. Inside a newly built gated community. Each roommate will have their own access and security codes.
Street or driveway parking available.

House is 2200 sqft with 4bed/3.5bath. Has an in-law suite that takes up 1 bed 1 bath. Must be ok with living with other people. Bathrooms are shared. Master bedroom/suite will have its own bathroom
