Room for Rent @ the Copper Leaf Villas in Phoenix

Beautiful new townhouse @ Copper Leaf Villas. This is a brand new community that has a lot to offer, the property has a gated pool and is located 5 minutes away from a strip mall with grocery stores, gyms, food and other shopping. We are minutes from ASU’s downtown campus and ASU’s Tempe campus. Down town Phoenix night life is 10-15 minutes from the condo and 10 minutes from Sky Harbor airport.

My boyfriend Gino and I looking for one roommate in a 3 story 3 bed 2 bath townhome. The actual Sqrft is 1400 sq ft. The room for rent is 12 x 11 + 2.5 x 8 for the closet ≈ 152 sqft total. We are looking for someone, preferably in the ages range of 18-32 male or female. The roommate should be extremely clean and respectful of each other’s spaces. The base rent for the room is $950 plus utilities on a 12 month lease and $1000 plus utilities on a 6 month lease. Utilities include water, trash, electricity, security, and WiFi split among 3 of us. We are looking to have someone move in by the beginning of August but could be flexible.

A little bit of myself: My name is Daniela, I am 24 years old, very laid back and extremely clean. I like to cook and bake. I’m a license CNA, I’m in school working towards a BSN and possibly NP in the future. I work part time in Old Town Scottsdale. I really enjoy going to the gym, hanging out by the pool, going out with friends, hiking, photography, shopping and spending time with Gino and my family.

A little about Gino: He’s 27 years old, he’s a pretty active person when it comes to projects he works on, he’s overall pretty laid back, super clean, likes to grill, go on hikes, river trips, snowboarding, and work on cars or other mechanical things. He spend a lot of time cleaning to help himself stay organized. He graduated from ASU class of ‘22 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He’s currently working as a project engineer at Honeywell and in the future he may plan on doing a masters. He’s very family oriented and likes hanging out with me and friends as well.

When you message us tell us a little about yourself, what you look for in a roommate and your ideal move in date.
