I'm looking for a mature, respectful, and clean roommate to move in on a month to month basis. A $250 refundable deposit is required to secure the room, as well as a $50 non-refundable cleaning deposit (to clean your room/bathroom after you move out.) I just renewed the lease through Feb 2024, so a longer-term living situation is available for you if desired.
A little about me:
I'm 45 years old and work from home full-time for a pediatric therapy practice. I'm very clean and respectful, and live a healthy, active lifestyle. I'm typically in bed by 9-10pm and up by 5-6am so it would be ideal if you were on a similar sleep schedule. I'm very down to earth and friendly, love meeting new people, and am passionate about learning and improving myself!
Most importantly, I have shared custody of 2 sweet boys, ages 7 and 10. They stay with me every Mon/Tues evening and every other weekend. Their dad and I have a great co-parenting relationship. They've always respected our previous roommate's space and property and they're very well behaved.
About the place:
Our place is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) so there's no noise above us. It's 1254 sq ft and has a split bedroom floorplan. The available room/bathroom is just to the left of the entrance so it's very private. The room is 12' X 12' and has a mirrored walk-in closet. It comes furnished with a king-sized bed with a Nectar mattress and a large dresser. Rent is $850/mo total which includes all utilities and valet trash pick up. We've been living in this new community for almost 4 years and love living here! The neighbors are very friendly, the grounds are well maintained and the amenities are amazing! The overnight security guards are on top of things, and we've always felt safe here.
