Female roommate kid friendly

The property is called Tesoro at Greenfield it is a gated condominium community. There is a heated pool and it is HOA regulated. The room is the 2nd largest in the unit it has a walk in closet and the bathroom is just a few feet away in the hallway. The hall bathroom would be for your own use it has a bathtub shower vanity and toilet. It is a split level condo so the bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom which is mine. My children sleep in my room so the 3rd bedroom is used for them to play in. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well as a garage to park your vehicle. I do not have a vehicle of my own so the garage has plenty of space for your vehicle. You will have full access to the kitchen and all appliances to meet your needs. I cook meals each night that you are more than welcome to enjoy as well. There are no other roommates just myself and my 2 children.
