Cheap Room for rent in chandler 2 story house

Hey I’m willing to cover utilities and WiFi to make it an even $375 rent fee per month. I’m open to sharing this room for a month or the summer to save massively on rent. I work quite a bit but also there’s a game room upstairs and two living rooms downstairs for extra space. We do not smoke inside only on the porch. There’s a table and chairs to do it out there. You would be sharing a bathroom but there’s a half bathroom downstairs that’s always available.
