Neighborhood community also has a very large sports bar and family restaurant.

Looking for someone with dependable income who wants a good deal for a peaceful, long-term, private space. I am not looking for a mutually cordial relations of course.

3 bedrooms in this place but am only going to rent one of the 3. Also, depending which room you would like, I also have the choice of 2 different private entryways. - I will use the other one, depending on which rooms we agree to have for our own things. Each have our own individual keys to our own rooms. Your things are secure!

I like golf, prospecting, reading, star-watching, science fiction, and spiritual thought &/or discussion about any denomination or culture; I am non-denominational myself. I like handy-man type of work, scenic drives, ambient and instrumental lounge music, a lot of things.

I have used CBD/THC oil and Cannibus for my arthritis and overall mental disposition for many years. I do not smoke tobacco cigarettes or cigars. It is of course Ok if someone else uses CBD, without any drug abuse. No continuous alcohol over-consumption will be tolerated. I want someone who knows what is normal in alcohol consumption. I do not drink alcohol myself except at formal and holiday dinners.
