Room for rent

I am looking for a professional or student female roommate. I am single mother and have a 15yo teenager daughter. Your room will be next to hers. There is a garage, yard, washer dryer, dishwasher but the room comes unfurnished. I am able to put a queen size bed in the room if needed. I am allergic to animals, so I am unable to rent to someone who has pets. You have full access to the living room , kitchen, yard, garage and I do prefer someone who does not smoke, weed or cigarettes as there is a child in the home. The bathroom is outside of the room next to the room that you would share with my daughter. There is a huge yard in the front with trees, a park, swimming pools and several walking trails and restaurants in the area. My daughter likes to play her music while she cleans or is doing her hair but the house is typically quiet after 10pm. I work from home so I am at home a lot, I do enjoy my quiet time but I also don’t mind being social or hanging out.
