Cat friendly—We have two super sweet kitties. Room available is small BR—can a fill size bed; mount already on wall ready to add a TV if you like. Shared Bath with walk-in shower. Simple closet. Private access to the side yard through French doors. Landscaping, monitored security system with 24/7 recorded surveillance and ring doorbell, monthly exterminator services, water-sewer-trash are included. All utilities including electric, gas heat, high speed Internet and a whole host of streaming services also included. Looking to lease to a friendly, respectful person with references and proof of income. Refundable security deposit equal to one months rent required to hold space. First months rent due at move-in and thereafter, rent is due on the first of each month.

We are both 21-year old males (Jeff and Jeremiah). We are easy-going, responsible guys who work FT and are in steady relationships with our girlfriends who both go to college in Flagstaff and visit frequently. House is owned by Jeff’s parents who would be the landlords and oversee the property including any financial exchanges and maintenance. 420friendly. Social drinking. We like to chill and have a good time but are respectful of the neighbors and our roommate. We have a few friends over on occasion but no big parties. We both work during the day and go to sleep at a reasonable hour. We like sports, video games, movies and music. Not your typically irresponsible 20-somethings. Lol. Jeff plans to buy this home from his folks in a couple of years, so we take the upkeep of the home seriously. Hoping to find a good fit to join us!
