Utilities included private rm w/shared btrm

Hi all, my friend/roommate, Anthony, and I are looking for a 3 person to join our lease at hayden farms town homes off the 303 and cactus. We are both working professinals and nerdy. We prefer a male over 25 years old. as you will share a bathroom with Anthony. Must be able to pass backround and credit check to be added to the lease. You will be required to apply for the complex the Application fee is $60. First month cost will be higher security deposit/ lease change fee will be around $300. Monthly rent including all utities is around $950/month. Could be less based upon bills as everything is split evenly 3 ways. You will have your own room shared bathroom with one other male. You must be actively employed, No drugs, no parties, no pets( two dogs already in the home) no kids, no couples, vaping is okay and guests are permitted as long as you communicate. Theres assigned parking, highspeed internet, home cooked meals on the regular, streaming services, washer dryer in unit, and a community pool are some amenities you will enjoy while living here. Move in will be no later than July 1st.
