Clean, quiet and private

I have a home in Surprise, located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, utilities are included with the exception of summer electric, (I have solar).
Convenient location for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Shared bath, but only on the rare occasions when I have company. The bedroom is newly furnished, has a TV.
I’m retired, so I tend to be home on most days. I’m big on cleanliness, and offer cleaning services if you are busy. I tend to keep to myself but I do enjoy conversation. I’ve had roommates that I socialized with, and those who preferred to be left alone.
I do have cats, though one insists he’s a dog. They are strictly inside, fully vaccinated.
I’m renting to single, professionals only. No couples, no children please. No ESA
