$459 Looking For One Female Roommate Asap By 2/1

Hey ladies!

My roommate Colleen and I are looking for one other fun, clean, and trustworthy girl ASAP to be our third roommate starting February 1st 2019 through January 31st 2020 (with the option of early pro-rated move in the last week of January). We have just signed the lease starting January 25th for a beautiful, newly remodeled, two story (three bedroom 2.5 bathroom) home located at 4573 S Mill Ave, just south of the 60. We are looking for one girl to sign on with us, preferably college aged or in her twenties/early 30s that is able to pay at least $600/month for the home (including utilities). The rent in total is $1476.10/month. I am taking the master bedroom and will be paying $558.10/month. Colleen's and your rent would be JUST $459/each! We are splitting utilities three ways, so add on utilities to everyone's bill and the individual total would not exceed $600/person ($700 for me). The landlord pays water, sewer, and trash. We pay electricity, gas, and internet. The home comes with two assigned covered parking spaces, as well as open uncovered parking. There is also a washer and dryer included. The lease would be from February to January (12 months). Colleen and I are very outgoing, friendly, and clean girls that have lived together for four years now in an apartment near ASU, as well as another two story home. We just need one roommate ASAP for February 1st! Ask me about the option to move in early at a pro-rated rent payment starting January 25th if you choose.
