Your room is a large room (12.5' X 11") with south and west facing windows. We have on site laundry and a large front/backyard as well as on street parking. We have a relaxed atmosphere and like to keep the place clean. I have a small female chihuahua who is not the norm for her breed as she is super sweet and exceptionally quiet, and another small mix breed pup who’s also very cool. THIS IS A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE with the option to sign for a longer term.

Ideal roommates have been students and creative type persons. Music lovers are always appreciated. We keep a very clean home and expect all roommates to do their share of keeping common areas tidy as well as their respective rooms.
