Awesome Roommate Wanted

We're looking for a female roommate to join us in our spacious 4 bedroom home. Current residents are 3 profesional females. The room available in April is 10x13’ and unfurnished with a shared bathroom. Rent includes all utilities and cleaning service. Our home has two living rooms, garage with storage, private yard, patio and diving pool! We are in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to 4 major freeways. We are within 30 minutes of just about anywhere: Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and Downtown Gilbert. Happy to send more photos of house and room to interested tenants.
