The Apt is on the first floor in the secluded back corner of the complex on the private lake named "The Lakes". Easily the best unit on the property.

The available Bedroom across from the master bedroom is next to the hallway bath has amazing view of the water. The window overlooks the lake. Room is standard size. i think 11ft by 11 ft. wall closet. Very solid room with an excellent view. Does not have a ceiling fan.

From the master bedroom you can literally walk out to the lake. The lake is surrounded with million dollar designer homes. They are beautiful. If you have a plastic kayak you can boat around and over to the 2 restaurants that are right off the water. Lido and Pier 54.
I'm rarely in my room, its always open to chill out back.

There is grills on each of the 2 patios
BBQ life.

2 nice swimming pools and hot tubs, On-site Gym , Purified RO water, tennis, basketball and a volleyball court

Across the street is a popular local pub Doc n Eddy's, a few brunch cafes and Majestic Theatres is across the street.

I cook, grill and BBQ some incredible banging dishes I've learned from some people much more talented than myself. Comfort food. Mexican food is an absolute staple here.

ASU, UFC, boxing, horrid 80's movies, MMA, documentaries and always watching events!

The room will be empty but House is fully furnished. Always TONs of food. I make healthy food and tasty snacks. Your welcome to everything. I have a lot of cool gear and items.

There is a Frigidaire front loading washer and dryer and it is in unit. So no Laundry room nonsense.

Oh and there is a Pet tortoise! Shelvis Aaron Presley aka Benicio Shell Toro. He comes out and says hola every once in awhile then goes back under the couch. he is surprisingly very clean and almost zero maintenance as he lives on the hardwood floor and outside. I clean after him ALWAYS. He is the baby boy. Everybody loves him and he loves red cabbage. He'd love to meet you!
