Tempe House Rooms For Rent! (Cole Park)

I have five private bedrooms (in a 5 bed, 3 bath house) for rent in a safe and quiet Tempe neighborhood (Cole Park Neighborhood near McClintock & Baseline)! The common areas are fully furnished. Chores are equally assigned to keep the house clean. Having friends over is encouraged, however this is not a party house.

Rent ranges from $725 to $999 per month plus 1/5 of utilities (ranges from $90 to $140 per person per month; highest in the summer). Private bathroom, garage parking, and bedroom furnishings available for additional cost. The rooms are available starting August 1st.

Move-In Costs
- First month's rent
- Refundable security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
- Cleaning fee ($200)
- Application + Background Checks ($30)

Requirements
- 12-month lease
- Renter’s insurance
- Credit and background check
- Tenant questionnaire

- No pets
- No smoking
- Single occupancy only
