Quite room mate needed

Two story townhouse with garage, 2 1/2 baths. Looking to rent out my extra room that's furnished. I'm a neat and tidy person and expect things to stay in order. I just want a clean quite responsible roomie that's friendly to live with. My home is very peaceful and quiet and I like to keep it that way.

Your room would include a walk in closet, queen bed and dresser stand. As well has attached balcony. Parking spot included and fully furnished home. The bathrooms are shared as there is only 1 bathtub and I gotta soak the day away sometimes. I currently stream all my tv and will share passwords.

This room is only for one person, no pets and prefer another professional individual. In my spare time I love movies books and going for walks. I occasionally love to have a drink and listen to music in the living room. If you feel like you would be a good fit, please message me!
