Private room for rent

This is a wonderful apartment 2 minutes walk south of a fries or trader Joe's. It's got all the good amenities including a garage. Management staff is friendly and on it. Apartment complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. I am currently living here and am an IT professional who works from home. I’m usually in Tucson every other week so the apartment will be private 50% of the time. I’m a super chill guy, usually stay to myself most of the time, am pretty quiet and like to keep things clean. I'm in need of finding someone to take my original roommates place as he took a job with a semiconductor plant up north and they'll be sending him overseas for a 6 month training program so I will need someone to fill the lease in his place which ends January of next year.
