Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in August at the latest, preferably July. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath apartment so you’ll be moving in with other roommates that are already there. The room I have (that you will be taking over) has a jack and jill bathroom, built in desk, a full size bed, a decent sized closet and a dresser. It’s also a first floor apartment.
It’s also really close to ASU, the complex has a pool, gym, hot tub, and has a dog park and park right next to it. Also has a free bus stop by the park that goes to asu for use for students.
I have 2 dogs so I just decided to get a bigger place for myself! The roommates you’d be living with are really nice and clean. Thanks!
