The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with newly renovated interior flooring, bathrooms, and soon to be upgraded kitchen appliances. Outside there is a spacious and private backyard that is currently being renovated to include an expanded patio area and a grass yard. The front yard is recently renovated with artificial turf and a brand new concrete paver driveway and walkway.

Room available for rent starting either July 1st or August 1st. No smoking allowed inside. Pet policy is decided on a case by case basis. Parking is available on the driveway and/or side of the street at no extra cost. Lease duration is 12 months. 10 month lease duration is available at an increased monthly rent cost.

Housemate details:

One young professional working full-time during weekdays and one college student attending classes at ASU. Roommates are responsible and ensure that common areas stay tidy and clean. Looking for a fellow young professional or college student to room with.
