Large room with big 3 door closet, shared bathroom, bathroom will only be used when guests are over or emergencies ,if ours is out or occupied so pretty much it'll be your bathroom...good neighborhood, just my wife and our 2 dogs living here, with an extra room to rent out.. renting it will help us out and whoever needs a room. Just ask that you be respectful, clean up after yourself and bring no drama to our house. can go over more if interested. smoking is outside only, unless it's a vape. We are green friendly, just not smoking inside. no parties or guests over during week/ work days. we are pretty cool with everything and layed back. let me know if interested. thanks
