One room to rent in two bedroom apartment

I am looking to fill the extra room in my apartment. Rent is approximately $750 per month, it varies a little each month because utilities are included except internet. internet is $60 per month. Parking is provided, but covered parking costs extra. Apartment complex also has exercise facility. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, small dining nook, and a living room. Room is unfurnished, but kitchen is supplied, and living room is partially furnished.
